Address Verification

To ensure your protection and deter fraudulent activity, all orders must pass through our verification process. To help minimize delays please review the following prior to order checkout:

The billing name, address and zip code used must match what your credit card company has on file for you. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address please contact your credit card company and add the ship to address as an alternate on your account. Orders which ship to the billing address tend to process faster.

Shipping Questions:

We primarily ship orders through UPS Ground Service. UPS has built a relationship with us for delivering packages on time and in the same condition they where shipped. However products do vary along with costs for shipping so we do provide alternative shipping methods.

  • UPS Ground: 5-8 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Air: 3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight.

Orders placed at or after 2pm EST are processed on the next business day.

We do not process orders during the weekend.

We do not guarantee same day shipping.

Return Policy

1. Return Product Code (RPC) You must fill out the Contact Us forum located under company info on the left of this page to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned products without the RMA code. Please include details about you return/exchange such as size/product you would like to exchange for or if you would like to return your product for a refund. This will help speed up the return process. Once we receive your return/exchange request we will email you (Normally within 24 hours) with your RMA number and return shipping instructions.

2. Golden Rule - All products sent back must be in their new original condition (Not Used, Original Packing, Tags not removed, etc.)

3. Returns - Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All items must be returned within 30 Days of order date. The Items will be inspected (not used, original packing, etc.) before the refund is issued.

4. Exchanges - We will exchange products as quick as possible. You will have two options for an exchange. Express Exchange we can temporarily charge your credit card for the cost of the new product(s). Until we receive your exchange. Once the exchange is received your credit card will be refunded the difference in cost. If you do not wish for your credit card to be temporarily charged you can use the Standard Exchange policy. We will send you the replacement product(s) upon receiving the exchanged product(s).

5. Return Shipping Costs - Return Shipping Costs are the Sole responsibility of the customer. However, if we have shipped an incorrect product, We will reimburse the cost of ground shipping.
